This Privacy Policy explains how AI DecorMax ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use the mobile application.

AI DecorMax is an AI home design app. You upload a photo of a room, exterior, or other space, pick a style or enter a prompt, and the App generates a redesigned version of that space. The generated images are design visualizations for personal inspiration only. They are not professional interior design, architectural, or engineering advice, and we do not guarantee their accuracy or suitability for construction, renovation, or purchase decisions.

The App does not require sign-in and does not create user accounts. There is no cloud profile or design-history sync across devices.

The App stores information locally on your device (for example using on-device storage). This may include:

• Name or display name you enter
• Photos of spaces you take or select, along with the style choices and prompts you enter
• Generated renders and your design history on that device
• Design preferences you set in the App
• A local flag indicating whether Premium features are unlocked on that device

We do not host your design history on our own servers. Uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data removes this local information from that device.

Premium features (such as additional renders, higher-quality results, and unlimited generations) are offered as an auto-renewable subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Payment processing and subscription entitlement status are handled by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. We do not receive your full payment card details. "Restore Purchases" uses entitlements linked to your Apple ID or Google account.

If enabled in a given build, the App may use Meta (Facebook) App Events and, on iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.

On iOS, tracking-related use follows your choice in Apple's "Allow" / "Ask App Not to Track" prompt.

Meta may receive app events (for example paywall views or purchase-related events) according to Meta's policies and your device settings.

If Meta is not configured for a build, those events are not sent.

To create a design, the App accesses photos from your device library (or a photo you take with the camera, where supported). The photo you select is sent to our AI service to generate the redesigned image. The App does not access your photos or camera beyond what you choose for a design.

If you use Share on a render, content you choose to share is sent via your device's share sheet to apps or people you select. We do not operate those share destinations.

The App is intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).

Local App data remains on your device until you delete the App, clear App storage, or overwrite it by using the App. Subscription and purchase records are retained by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat according to their practices.

• Do not enter information you do not want stored on the device.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple or Google subscription settings.
• On iOS, manage tracking permission in system Settings.
• Uninstall the App (or clear App data) to remove local App data.

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Policy where permitted by law.
