By downloading or using AI DecorMax ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store and Google Play rules and these Terms.

The App provides AI-generated design visualizations, not professional interior design, architectural, or engineering services. Results may be inaccurate due to photo quality, lighting, camera angle, prompt wording, or other factors. The App is not a substitute for qualified design, architecture, or construction professionals. Consult a professional before making renovation, construction, or purchase decisions.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your country. The App is intended for adult consumers.

Premium access is offered as an annual auto-renewing subscription. The price is shown in the App and in the store listing, and may be presented as a weekly equivalent of the annual price.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account.

The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, or as otherwise required by Apple or Google.

Manage or cancel the subscription in your device's or store account subscription settings.

No free trial is offered unless explicitly stated in the store listing for a specific offer.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.

While subscribed or otherwise entitled, Premium may include unlimited generations, higher-quality renders, additional design styles, and related features described in the App. Features may change over time as reflected in the App or store listing where required.

You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, interfere with its operation, upload photos of spaces or people you have no right to use, or use the App's outputs as certified professional design, architectural, or construction documentation.

Your photos, prompts, and generated renders stay on your device unless you export or share them yourself. We are not responsible for loss of local data after uninstall, device failure, or clearing storage. Subscriptions can be restored via Restore Purchases. Local design history may not return after reinstall.

The App may rely on Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and (if enabled) Meta. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR DESIGN OR RENOVATION OUTCOMES ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP SUBSCRIPTION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ZERO IF YOU ONLY USED THE FREE FEATURES.

Only upload photos of spaces you have the right to use, and do not upload images of identifiable people or private interiors without permission. Do not use the App to create content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes anyone's rights.

We may update these Terms or the App. We may suspend or stop offering the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
